Join Michelle Davis and other Bergie Mountain friends on Friday August 19th , for a great hike to McNeil Point. This is a strenuous approx. 10 Mile out and back hike- please open link below for more information.<br />https://www.oregonhikers.org/field_guide/McNeil_Point_Hike<br />Northwest Forrest pass Reqired: can purchase day pass at Zigzag Ranger Station, or, can use America the Beautiful (National Parks Pass).<br />Meet in Sandy parking lot @7:50am- located @ Pioneer parking lot- an untimed parking lot on Pioneer Boulevard between Scales Avenue and Bruns Avenue. the lot is behind the white building on the south side of the street (i.e. Two Brothers Mexican Restaurant, Otto ski &amp; Moutain Bike shop, Pioneer Barber shop, etc.) and be accessed at Bruns Avenue. Depart Sandy at 8:00AM sharp!<br />Bring 10 essentials, including Hiking poles, jacket, proper footwear, sunscreen, bug spray, plenty of water and snacks. Please arrange ride shares accordingly with your hike abillity, so you can return to your car ride.<br />Don&#39;t forget to pay driver $8 for ride share costs.
